At Kalei’s Lunchbox, we’re more than just a place to eat — we’re a family serving up island flavors with heart. Founded by Chef Aaron Heath and his wife Fran, our journey began in 2016 with a food truck in Kahului and has since expanded to brick-and-mortar locations in Pukalani and Wailuku. From day one, our mission has been to share delicious, fresh, and affordable food that brings people together.

We’re deeply rooted in the community, guided by the spirit of Aloha in everything we do. Our team is like ʻohana — supporting each other and our neighbors with kindness, respect, and pride. Whether it’s our daily specials, our popular $5 “Cheap Eats” plates, or our commitment to feeding frontline workers and kūpuna, we believe in making a positive impact beyond the plate.
