Position Overview:
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Pizza Hut restaurant. You will lead and inspire a team of talented individuals to ensure top-notch customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
*Lead, motivate, and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
*Ensure compliance with Pizza Hut standards, policies, and procedures.
*Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other expenses.
*Manage employee scheduling, training, and development.
*Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
*Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
*Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and promotions.
*Foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
Qualifications:</strong>
*Previous restaurant management experience, preferably in the fast-food or pizza industry.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in basic computer applications.
*Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, 50 hours a week expected
