Daily Work Routine:

• Participate in and maintain a positive, professional, team oriented work environment.
• Be focused on making sure dishes, glasses and flatware are exceptionally clean and make for a great meal experience.
• Keeping the dishes, utensils, pots, pans and equipment neat, clean and sanitary throughout each shift.
• Maintaining a clean restaurant and inviting dining experience by sweeping and mopping the dining room, dusting, cleaning windows, disposing of trash, scrubbing and cleaning of all trash bins and dust pans and cleaning restrooms.
• Follow company, Serve Safe & State Dept of Health best practices for food safety & hygiene.

Current TB clearance and proof of HepA vaccination needed upon hire.
