Position Summary
- Support the General Manager in leading all staff members in exceeding the expectations of our employees, guests and investors in a supportive work environment with proven processes focused on maintaining our reputation as Hawaii’s Favorite Japanese Restaurant.
- Participate and contribute at Weekly Meetings that focus on achieving goals, solving problems and accountability.
Key Results Areas
- Open and or close the restaurant.
- Run effective shifts
- Cash and receipts management
- Employee shift schedule assignments

- POS and Computer skills – cashiering, cash handing, data entry and report generation.
Education
This position requires a high school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate), a 2-year college degree or 2 years of restaurant management.
Language skills
English
Japanese helpful but not at all necessary.
