Position Summary

  • Support the General Manager in leading all staff members in exceeding the expectations of our employees, guests and investors in a supportive work environment with proven processes focused on maintaining our reputation as Hawaii’s Favorite Japanese Restaurant.
  • Participate and contribute at Weekly Meetings that focus on achieving goals, solving problems and accountability.

  • Open and or close the restaurant.
  • Run effective shifts 
  • Cash and receipts management
  • Employee shift schedule assignments

Education

This position requires a high school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate), a 2-year college degree or 2 years of restaurant management.

 

Language skills

English

Japanese helpful but not at all necessary.
