Job Description

Suisan is seeking a hard working individual to joing our Accounting team. We’ll get you up to speed and working quickly with our hands on training. We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and willing to work independently and as part of a great team!

Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming payments accurately and promptly through multiple channels including mail, credit cards, and electronic fund transfers (EFT).
  • Reconcile payment discrepancies by communicating directly with customers to resolve issues.
  • Manage returned payments due to non-sufficient funds (NSF) according to company procedures.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting or a related field or 2 - 5 years of equivalent experience, preferred.
  • Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Browsers.
