Key Responsibilities:
Clerical and Office Support
· Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
· Maintain student and staff records in accordance with school policies and confidentiality regulations.
· Manage attendance records and notify parents/guardians as needed.
· Prepare and distribute newsletters, correspondence, schedules, and other documents.
· Coordinate mail distribution, photocopying, and filing.
Administrative Support
· Support the principal and faculty with scheduling, communications, and event planning.
· Maintain school calendars and coordinate appointments and meetings.
· Assist with registration, enrollment, and withdrawal processes.
· Order and maintain inventory of office and classroom supplies.
Financial and Record-Keeping
· Assist with tuition collection, billing, and tracking as directed by the business office.
· Handle petty cash, receipts, and simple bookkeeping tasks as needed.
· Maintain accurate records for compliance with Diocesan and State requirements.
School Community Engagement
· Foster a warm and faith-filled environment for families and visitors.
· Coordinate with parent volunteers and assist with school events, Masses, and community service activities.
· Support the implementation of school-wide communications via email, website, and social media (if applicable).

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred).
· Prior experience in a school or office setting preferred.
· Practicing Catholic preferred; must respect and support the mission of Catholic education.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office technology.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
