The Administrative Coordinator (Finance & Operations) plays a critical role in supporting the financial integrity, operational efficiency, and administrative workflow of Pacific Anesthesia. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with payroll processing, invoicing, and reconciliations, and supporting budgeting and reporting activities. The role also coordinates operational needs across departments, supports onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensures providers remain compliant with licensure, certifications, credentialing, and CME requirements. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role works closely with leadership, administrative teams, and clinical providers to ensure seamless daily operations, improve internal processes, and strengthen organizational systems.
