The attendant is assigned to a recreation area to assist in making facilities and service available to the public. The duties include opening and closing the facilities, enforcing permits and regulations; recording program statistics; preparing necessary reports; and answering the phone. In addition, the attendant performs custodial duties to include restocking restroom supplies, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms and showers when necessary, and general clean-up of area to maintain a safe and healthy facility.
