Development and Grants Manager

The Development and Grants Manager at Olelo Community Media will lead the organization's fundraising and grant initiatives to secure essential funding. This role involves administering and implementing a long-term development plan, identifying grant opportunities, writing compelling grant proposals, and collaborating with the Director of Marketing and Development to ensure the organization has sufficient capital each year. The goal is to enable Olelo to continue serving and impacting the local community through innovative media education and programs.

A typical day involves communicating with existing and prospective donors, completing and submitting grant applications, planning events, and collaborating with subordinates and supervisors to ensure that the development plan is executed successfully. The Development and Grants Manager will work directly under the Director of Marketing and Development and will collaborate with executive leadership to achieve key organizational goals.
