As our Field Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, coordinating and overseeing our on-the-ground efforts to deliver vital services to those in need. Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of Field Services and Dispatch, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our field operations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to the community
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, using data-driven insights to continuously improve our impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Honolulu Police Department, Prosecuting Attorney's Office and other agencies to assure compliance with enforcement procedures
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, maximizing the impact of every dollar spent
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies
- Respond swiftly during a disaster and community emergencies with unexpected challenges in the field
- Represent the Field Service department in meetings

Requirements:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Care for all animals humanely, safely and with compassion 
- Experience in people leadership and animal handling or behavior
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within our service area
- Ability to work flexible hours based upon operational needs, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for our mission and a deep commitment to animal welfare issues and laws
