What You'll Actually Do (Besides Make Spreadsheets Look Good)

• Build budgets and forecasts like a boss

• Analyze everything from product margins to capital investments

• Turn complex data into “Aha!” moments with dashboards and KPIs

• Crunch numbers to tell stories—about ROI, efficiency, and growth

• Handle A/P, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close with care

• Help us stay audit-ready (no surprises here!)

• Recommend smarter, cleaner, faster ways to do… well, everything finance-related

Who You Are:
You’re not just good with numbers—you geek out over them. You love solving puzzles, spotting patterns, and making processes smoother. You bring a balance of precision and perspective, and you’re just as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a strategy meeting.

Qualifications (a.k.a. the Fine Print)

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• 3–5 years in accounting, finance, or financial reporting

💼 Skills & Systems

• Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, conditional formatting = your jam)

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and/or FP&A

• Journal entries, reconciliations, and GL—check, check, check

• ERP/reporting tools (RFMS, NetSuite, Power BI = bonus points)

• Familiarity with inventory or construction industry? Even better

• Must be available Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some holidays too)
