HR/Payroll Specialist

 We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and highly organized to fill the HR/Payroll Specialist position. This position will process and maintain the weekly/semi-monthly payroll and maintain employee records as well as perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s HR Department. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other computer applications.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
• Flexible, results-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, yet cooperatively with all team members.
• Willingness to have a positive impact on the company’s culture and direction.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Access to vehicle, valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness and ability to perform all required duties and additional duties as needed. 

This is a Full-time, non-exempt position.
