🏡 What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Life Skills Specialist, you’ll work in a group home setting where you’ll:

• Support residents with developing essential life skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene, etc.)
• Provide a safe, stable, and supportive environment to help adults prepare for independent living
• Maintain and oversee the home and property
• Work independently in a self-directed role that makes a meaningful impact every day

✅ What You’ll Need:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Hawaii Driver’s License and a clean driving abstract (no more than 3 violations in the past 3 years)

• Reliable vehicle with current registration, safety check, and insurance
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening and sex offender checks

📍 Current Opportunity – Oahu:

8-16 Hour Group Home – Life Skills Specialist

• Hourly Rate: $16/hour + complimentary housing (for live-in staff)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm
• Location: Olomana Group Home (Kailua)
• Position is open to live-in candidates (preferred), but non-live-in applicants will also be considered.
