Kona Brewing Hawaii is hiring 2–3 Line Cooks ASAP for our Hawaii Kai location. We’re looking for experienced cooks who thrive on the grill and sauté stations and can keep up in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Pizza experience is a big plus.

What You’ll DoExecute dishes on the grill and sauté stations with consistency and precision
Perform final food preparation and plating for service
Prep ingredients, stock stations, and maintain proper par levels
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishware and equipment
Minimize waste and support kitchen efficiency
Assist with expo as needed
Ensure kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order
Support overall kitchen operations, including safety and security during shifts
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
Strong experience on grill and/or sauté stations (pizza experience a plus)
Solid knife skills and knowledge of sauces and prep techniques
Understanding of FIFO and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Dependable, responsible, and safety-focused
Flexible and adaptable to changing kitchen needs
Ability to lift, carry, stand, bend, and reach throughout shift
Comfortable standing and walking for 6–8 hours
