Manager, Ginny Tiu Community Spay/Neuter Centers

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our community spay/neuter centers
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure high-quality care for all animals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness and utilization of our services
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize our impact
- Build and maintain relationships with local animal welfare organizations and community partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in veterinary care
- Analyze data and prepare reports on center performance and outcomes
- Create a positive and supportive work environment for all staff and volunteers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in veterinary clinic management or a related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
- Familiarity with animal welfare issues and spay/neuter programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes emotionally challenging environment
- Commitment to the humane treatment of animals and the mission of our organization
- Proficiency in relevant shelter or clinic computer software and data management systems
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
