Kamitoku is opening its newest location at South Shore Market in Kakaʻako in late July, and we are looking for reliable team members to join our opening team.

Our new concept focuses on rich beef bone broth, premium beef dishes, and an energetic open-kitchen atmosphere where guests can experience the craftsmanship of authentic Japanese cooking.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Assist with food preparation and central kitchen tasks
• Help with cleaning, stocking, and organizing supplies
• Support the kitchen team during daily operations

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Enjoy cleaning and keeping the workspace tidy
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and positive
• Flexible availability is highly preferred
