Kamitoku is opening its newest location at South Shore Market in Kakaʻako in late July, and we are looking for friendly and professional Servers to join our opening team.

Our new concept brings together rich beef bone broth, premium beef dishes, authentic Japanese flavors, and a lively open-kitchen atmosphere. As a Server, you will help create a dining experience where guests can enjoy the energy, hospitality, and craftsmanship of Japan.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks efficiently
• Explain menu items and help guests enjoy the Kamitoku experience
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Work closely with both front and back of house

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of serving or customer service experience
• Applicants with at least 1 year of continuous employment at the same workplace are preferred
• Valid Hawaii Liquor Card required
• Friendly, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible availability is highly preferred
