DUTIES SUMMARY: This position performs routine administrative tasks for the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney involving receptionist, messenger, and shuttle driver duties; may provide clerical assistance to other divisions within the Department as assigned.
This position applies the knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, computer systems, customer and personal services principles and processes; the ability to listen to and understand information, communicate information so others will understand; and skills in active listening, critical thinking to identify alternate solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems and reading comprehension.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school, and one year of clerical experience.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT: Current and valid Hawaii State driver’s license is required to qualify for position.
