  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the commercial and residential sectors for interior finishes.
  • Promote and sell our diverse range of interior finishes products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing our offerings and highlighting their benefits.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfactions.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation of interior finishes products.


  • Proven sales experience in a related industry, preferably in flooring, construction, interior design, or other interior finishes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect with people and build relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Dependable and reliable, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market demands.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
