As our Sales Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the friendly, organized force that keeps our showroom and team running smoothly. You’ll:

Welcome trade pros and clients with top-notch service

• • Process payments and assist with daily sales reporting

  • Keep our CRM and member data accurate and up-to-date

  • Schedule and support vendor trainings and team product sessions

  • Help maintain a clean, polished, and inspiring showroom

  • Support events, promotions, and sample merchandising

  • Keep materials, brochures, and sales tools stocked and ready

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You’re organized, reliable, and love supporting others to succeed. You’re also:

• • Friendly, professional, and great with people

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks with accuracy and speed

  • Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a tight-knit, employee-owned team

  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
