🌺 Join Our Team! Sales Office Coordinator – American Floor and Home (O‘ahu, HI)

We're seeking a Sales Office Coordinator to be the backbone of our high-performing outside sales team. From processing and tracking orders to managing material claims and assisting with proposals, your day-to-day will be filled with meaningful support work that helps our sales professionals shine. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being the go-to problem-solver.

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate daily office activities to keep the sales team supported and on track

  • Manage order entry, prepare quotes, and assist in proposal documentation

  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and team meetings

  • Maintain customer and sales data accurately in CRM systems

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless order processing

  • Assist in generating sales reports and maintaining organized files

  • Support team projects and help deliver exceptional customer service

Additional Duties

  • Keep catalogs, brochures, warranties, and sales materials stocked

  • Pitch in on special projects or tasks assigned by the Sales Manager

  • Contribute to a positive, solution-focused team environment

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 1+ year of retail or wholesale sales experience preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service

  • Flooring, home improvement, or construction industry experience is a plus
