🛠️ Now Hiring: Telecom Installers & Telecom Supervisors/Leads
1. Telecom Installer (Entry-Level to Mid-Level)

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cabling systems (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber).

• Perform cable pulling, pathway construction, and basic infrastructure installation in commercial and industrial settings.

• Interpret and follow cable routing plans and blueprints.

• Ensure all work meets BICSI, OSHA, and CCSi safety and quality standards.

• Maintain proper documentation and labeling of installed systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required).

• 1–3 years of structured cabling or telecom installation experience preferred.

• BICSI Installer Level I or II certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with Fluke testing tools and cable certification methods.

• Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated environments.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to travel within the Pacific region.

2. Telecom Supervisor / Lead Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor telecom installation crews across various sites in Hawaii and the Pacific Rim.

• Oversee scheduling, task assignments, and project documentation to ensure timely project completion.

• Ensure compliance with BICSI installation standards and company quality protocols.

• Collaborate with engineers, clients, and project managers to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes.

• Conduct site audits, safety meetings, and QA/QC reviews.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of field experience in structured cabling or telecom installation, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• BICSI Technician certification required; RCDD, OSP, DCDC, or RTPM strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to lead crews and manage multi-site projects.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for travel/deployment throughout the Pacific region.
