Veterinary Services Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of our veterinary clinic, ensuring high-quality care for all animals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective veterinary services
- Manage and mentor a team of assistant managers, technicians, support staff and volunteers
- Monitor and manage the clinic's budget, inventory, and equipment needs
- Implement and oversee animal health programs and preventive care initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Analyze data and prepare reports on clinic performance and animal health outcomes
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and expand our veterinary services

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in veterinary practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated commitment to animal welfare and nonprofit work
- Ability to work flexible hours based on operational needs, including weekends and holidays 
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to veterinary care
