CCSI is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of materials, tools, and equipment across company projects. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, supporting project teams, and ensuring warehouse organization, safety, and vehicle readiness. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting telecommunications, electrical, and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities & DutiesThe Warehouse Coordinator’s primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate with Project Managers and administrative staff to determine material, tool, and equipment needs for active and upcoming projects.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, and equipment for accuracy, quality, and damage.
Maintain and update inventory records using inventory control software and online databases in coordination with the Inventory Controller.
Perform inventory cycle counts, spot counts, and month-end reconciliations; investigate variances and process approved inventory adjustments.
Identify and resolve issues related to product quality, pricing discrepancies, delivery errors, RMAs, utilization, and material loss.
Pick, pack, stage, and prepare materials and equipment for project deployment and shipment.
Maintain daily organization and cleanliness of warehouse spaces.
Manage tool, equipment, ladder, and company vehicle check-in/check-out processes and logs.
Coordinate material pickups and deliveries from vendors, distributors, job sites, offices, and shipping partners across Oahu.
Maintain company vehicle maintenance schedules, assist with light vehicle maintenance and minor repairs, and coordinate dealership service appointments.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in compliance with safety standards.
Follow and enforce general warehouse and forklift safety procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in inventory and documentation.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
Working knowledge of light vehicle maintenance and basic repair is helpful.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience with inventory control software, warehouse data systems, and databases.
Familiarity with project management software is preferred.
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Prior experience in telecommunications, electrical, construction, low-voltage, or related trades is strongly preferred.
OSHA Certification preferred.
Forklift Certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification).
Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience is a plus.
