As the Lead Shop Assistant, you will oversee the daily operations of our Golf Pro Shop, including leading and training golf shop assistants, ensuring exceptional customer service, assisting with inventory management, and contributing to the overall success of the shop. This role also has a strong focus on creating visually engaging product displays that drive sales and enhance the guest experience, so candidates with merchandising and display experience are preferred.

The position requires availability 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (5:30am–1:30pm, 7am–3pm, or 11am–7pm), Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays. Compensation includes base pay plus the opportunity to earn commission based on sales.
