Brand Ambassador

One Mighty Mill is an emerging, growing company that just launched our stone-milled bread at Costco Hawaii. To ensure that we’re successful, we are hiring a person who enthusiastically believes in our mission for our our Field Marketing team. We hire based on attitude and effort. Your schedule can be very flexible. The only schedule requirement is that you will have to commit to at least 1 shift per week. Shift must start at 9am and can end at either 3pm or 5pm based on your needs. The minimum number of shifts per week is 1 (6-8 hours). The maximum number of shifts per week is 2 (12-16 hours).

Our Brand Ambassador will represent One Mighty Mill at the Costco location in Maui by serving stone-milled bread and butter at demos (think making people happy by giving out free samples of food that’s good for them and that makes a positive difference), educating customers, building relationships with Costco staff, and finding opportunities for us to improve our presence at the store. The role may also include, but is definitely not focused on — stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, and removing any/all damaged packages from sales floor. One Mighty Mill Brand Ambassadors understand the importance of building trust and credibility with retailers and that they directly drive sales and push our mission forward.

Requirements:
*The job requires availability to work between 1 and 2 shifts per week, an outgoing personality, solid organization skills, self-motivation, and a love for real food, healthy food systems, and companies that stand for something good.

Job Type: Part-time (6-16 hours) Compensation:

• $25-30.00/hour
• Bonus per demo: $25-30 when sales targets are reached during demo period. This bonus is always realistic to achieve but does change frequently based on our progress in new stores and regions. So, you will meet with your manager to know the most current and accurate bonus.
