As a CDL B Delivery Driver at HFA, you will help deliver food products to customer locations throughout Maui while supporting daily route operations and ensuring deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

Your Schedule

• Full-time position
• Early morning 5:30 AM start time
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Local delivery routes servicing Maui customer accounts
• Home daily after route completion

What You’ll Be Doing

As a CDL B Driver, you will help ensure products are delivered safely and efficiently while supporting customer service and daily delivery operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering perishable food products to customer locations throughout Maui
• Loading and unloading product using pallet jacks, lift gates, and hand trucks
• Verifying invoices, delivery paperwork, credits, and product counts
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Operating delivery vehicles safely while following DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Communicating professionally with customers and internal teams
• Supporting daily route operations while maintaining food safety and delivery accuracy
• Maintaining strong reliability, safe driving habits, and excellent customer service

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has a valid Class B CDL license
• Has a current PUC Medical Certificate
• Valid TWIC card or the ability to obtain one
• Maintains a clean and verifiable driving record
• Can work weekends and holidays as needed
• Is comfortable lifting and moving heavy products throughout the shift
• Works safely and efficiently in active delivery environments
• Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in representing the company professionally

Preferred Experience

• Experience driving 26-foot straight trucks preferred
• Knowledge of Maui delivery routes preferred
• Delivery, transportation, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
