We are seeking a dynamic and organized Campaign & Projects Coordinator to join our nonprofit organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of our fundraising campaigns and special events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement fundraising strategies, special events, and projects
- Train community volunteers and provide necessary information to partners and donors
- Create and maintain accurate records for all campaign and fundraising projects
- Collaborate on campaign-related written communications, including press releases and marketing materials
- Oversee and administer the annual fundraising campaign in collaboration with leadership
- Attend campaign-related meetings, rallies, presentations, and events
- Maintain accurate records of campaign contributions using Donation Tracker
- Provide reports and presentations as requested by the CEO
- Coordinate with the Labor Liaison to maintain campaign support in unionized workplaces
- Support company-driven fundraisers and attend special events as needed

Requirements:
- Excellent administrative, personnel, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Publisher
- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in working with volunteers and coordinating projects
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of three years of experience in project coordination or related field
- Nonprofit experience preferred
