Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
Location
Kahului, Maui
Pay
$25 an hour
Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle inquiries.
- Run errands and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the operations team on a variety of tasks and projects.
- Assist Project Managers with administrative support and task coordination.
- Assist with accounting duties including, billing, invoices, and timesheets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related office experience.
- Construction office administration preferred but not required.
- Strong clerical skills and attention to detail.
- Some accounting experience is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Notary Public License required.
