Part Time Dispensary Manager  Opportunity to Grow Into Full Time

Pay: Starting at $22-$25 plus tips

Locations: Kahului  Kīhei  Pukalani  Lahaina

Maui Grown Therapies is seeking a hands-on retail leader to support dispensary operations, coach employees and deliver a consistent, professional patient experience. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position with the possibility of growing into full-time based on business needs and performance.

The right person will be comfortable leading from the floor, making sound decisions, holding a team accountable and managing the details that keep a highly regulated retail operation running well.

What you will do

·         Lead daily store operations and serve as the manager on duty.

·         Coach employees, set clear expectations and address performance issues promptly.

·         Maintain excellent patient service and resolve escalated concerns professionally.

·         Oversee cash handling, inventory, opening and closing, and security procedures.

·         Support compliance with state regulations and company policies.

·         Monitor store performance, staffing needs, and key sales or operational metrics.

·         Communicate clearly with dispensary leadership and partner departments.

What we are looking for

·         Demonstrated leadership experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking or another customer-facing operation.

·         Experience directly supervising employees and providing clear performance feedback.

·         Strong judgment, organization and follow-through.

·         Experience with cash, inventory, audits or other operational controls.

·         Comfort using reports or key performance indicators to improve results.

·         At least 21 years old and able to meet all regulatory and background requirements.

·         Currently living on Maui with reliable transportation and availability based on store needs.
