Full-time, Monday-Friday, weekends as needed

Pay

$100,000 to $200,000 a year, Based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all company operations, departments, and office staff
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability
  • Manage company budgets, analyze financial performance, and forecast monthly results
  • Oversee hiring, employee performance, coaching, disciplinary actions, and staffing decisions
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, permits, and certifications
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, government agencies, and business partners
  • Manage major equipment purchases, facility repairs, and property damage claims
  • Oversee insurance matters, including claims, vehicle coverage, and certificates of insurance
  • Conduct weekly and monthly leadership meetings to align teams and drive performance
  • Partner with department managers to establish goals and support long-term business growth
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on customer retention, new business opportunities, proposals, and bids
  • Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple departments or business operations
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to analyze budgets and financial statements
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies and compliance requirements is a plus
  • Pre-employment drug test and State and Federal background check required
