The Position:

We're looking for an experienced Grant Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of grant activities, including research, proposal writing, submission, and reporting. This role will collaborate with various departments to identify funding opportunities, align grant applications with organizational goals, and ensure compliance with grant requirements.

  • Identify and research potential funding sources, including government agencies, foundations, and corporations.
  • Coordinate with program staff to develop compelling proposals and grant applications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive calendar of grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely grant reports to funders.
  • Maintain organized records of all grant-related activities, including proposals, reports, and correspondence.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, communications, or combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Current medical/health screening, including 2 step TB Clearance.
  • Experience in communications, marketing or related field, preferably for 501c(3) non-profit organizations preferred.
  • Experience in fundraising or grants management for non-profit preferred.
