Job Description

A local construction company based out of Kahului is looking for additional office assistance. In this role you will be responsible for general admin duties such as assisting with supply/inventory restocking, general office cleaning, answering calls, appointment scheduling, watering plants, and office errands.

The ideal candidate will have a least one year of related experience, be organized, tech savvy, and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm


Kahului, Maui


$20 an hour


  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Handle outgoing and incoming mail.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies and order as needed.
  • Print, copy, scan, and file documents.
  • Run errands as needed i.e. banking, office supplies, mail runs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 1 years of previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
  • Hardworking and reliable.
