We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Operations Support Associate to join our Kahului team!

This is a hands-on position where you'll support both our warehouse and merchandising operations based on daily business needs. Some days you'll be helping our warehouse team prepare and organize products, while other days you'll be working alongside our merchandising team at customer locations.

What You'll Do

• Support warehouse and merchandising operations based on daily staffing and business needs
• Assist with receiving, organizing, preparing, and moving products
• Load, unload, and handle products safely and efficiently
• Help stock and organize products in designated areas
• Assist with preparing products for daily deliveries and operations
• Work alongside warehouse and merchandising team members to complete daily assignments
• Help maintain accurate product organization and proper product rotation
• Follow company safety procedures and proper product handling practices
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure daily tasks are completed
• Use company applications for assigned tasks and timekeeping
• Assist with other operational duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Willingness to support different departments based on daily operational needs
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with physically active work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Smartphone with internet access for required work applications
• Previous warehouse, retail, stocking, merchandising, or distribution experience preferred, but not required
