Patient Care Specialist: Starting at $20 per hour plus tips

Locations  Kahului  Kīhei  Pukalani  Lahaina

Maui Grown Therapies is looking for dependable, personable team members who enjoy helping people. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will guide patients through a welcoming and professional retail experience while accurately handling transactions and following Hawaiʻi medical cannabis regulations and company procedures.

Cannabis experience is not required. We will train the right person. Strong customer service, reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn matter most.

What you will do

·         Welcome patients and provide thoughtful, respectful service.

·         Learn our products and help patients make informed selections within the scope of the role.

·         Process sales accurately and responsibly handle cash and other payment methods.

·         Follow all security, confidentiality, inventory and compliance procedures.

·         Maintain a clean, organized and professional dispensary.

·         Work collaboratively with coworkers and support store goals.

What we are looking for

·         At least 21 years old and able to meet all regulatory and background requirements.

·         Currently living on Maui with reliable transportation to the assigned work location.

·         Weekend and holiday availability based on store needs.

·         Customer service experience. Retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare or another fast-paced service environment is a plus.

·         Clear communication, dependable attendance and careful attention to detail.

·         Comfort learning detailed procedures, products and point-of-sale systems.
