In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer accounts, and providing outstanding customer service while helping clients with their waste disposal and recycling needs.

Pay
$50,000 to $100,000 a year, Based on Experience
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
- Meet with prospective customers to assess their needs and present customized service solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure signed service agreements.
- Manage existing customer accounts by recommending service improvements and additional services.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve service, billing, and pricing concerns.
- Coordinate service startups, equipment deliveries, and service changes with internal teams.
- Work closely with Operations, Accounting, and Customer Service to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with account retention efforts by resolving issues and negotiating contract renewals when needed.
- Support collection efforts by helping resolve billing disputes.
- Track sales activity, maintain accurate records, and participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales, account management, or business development experience required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM or customer management systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Pre-employment drug test and State and Federal background check required.
