Location: Kona Brewing Hawaiʻi Pub – [Kailua-Kona]

About the Role
Our Bussers help keep the floor running smoothly by supporting servers, turning tables quickly, and making sure our guests always have a clean, welcoming space to enjoy their food and beer. They work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver fast, friendly service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between guests
Deliver food and assist servers with running dishes during busy times
Keep the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean and stocked
Refill water and non-alcoholic beverages as needed
Assist with polishing glassware and restocking plates, silverware, and condiments
Help maintain safe walkways and follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Support teammates and jump in where needed to keep service flowing smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Warm, guest-focused attitude and a team-first mindset
Ability to stay organized and move quickly during busy shifts
Strong communication skills and willingness to take direction
Reliable, punctual, and committed to professionalism
Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs
Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required; we’re happy to train the right person
