Busser

Location: Kona Brewing Hawaiʻi Pub – [Kailua-Kona]
Status: Part-time or Full-time (Non-exempt)

About the Role
Our Bussers help keep the floor running smoothly by supporting servers, turning tables quickly, and making sure our guests always have a clean, welcoming space to enjoy their food and beer. They work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver fast, friendly service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between guests

• Deliver food and assist servers with running dishes during busy times

• Keep the dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean and stocked

• Refill water and non-alcoholic beverages as needed

• Assist with polishing glassware and restocking plates, silverware, and condiments

• Help maintain safe walkways and follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Support teammates and jump in where needed to keep service flowing smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Warm, guest-focused attitude and a team-first mindset

• Ability to stay organized and move quickly during busy shifts

• Strong communication skills and willingness to take direction

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to professionalism

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs

• Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required; we’re happy to train the right person
