What you’ll do

• Welcome every table with genuine aloha and a big smile.

• Talk guests through our beers and menu, recommend favorites, and upsell without being pushy.

• Take orders accurately, drop delicious food and cold beer quickly, and keep drinks topped off.

• Read the room, jump in where needed, and help the team keep the pub flowing.

• Handle payments correctly and close out checks smoothly at the end of the meal.

• Keep your section clean, stocked, and guest-ready all shift long.

What we’re looking for

• Serving or strong customer service experience in a fast-paced spot.

• Someone who stays cool when the pub is slammed and can multitask like a pro.

• Reliable, on-time, and ready for nights, weekends, and holidays.
