Ophthalmology Technician

Windward Eye, a physician-owned ophthalmology practice, is seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional eye care and working as part of a collaborative team.

In this role, you will assist our ophthalmologists with patient evaluations, diagnostic testing, in-office procedures, and patient education while helping create an efficient and positive experience for every patient. We are looking for a technician with prior ophthalmology experience who is confident working independently and excited to bring their knowledge and leadership to our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring fellow technicians, fostering teamwork, and helping build a culture of clinical excellence.
