Registered Nurse (RN) – 12 hour shift (overnight 6p-6a)

Aloha Nursing Rehab Centre is seeking RNs with experience in skilled nursing and long term care to provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing staff in accordance with current federal, state and local requirements to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Skills/Knowledge.  Knowledge on the needs and moods of the geriatric resident. Leadership and training skills. Ability to enforce work rules and coordinate efforts with personnel. Must be able to perform CPR and possess current card from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross or Medic First Aid International.

One (1) year as a Registered Nurse. Management skills preferred. Skilled Nursing and/or Long term care experience preferred.

Full-time positions available - 3 days per week (36 hours per week)

Part-time positions available - 2 days per week (24 hours per week)

12 hour shifts; 6:00 am to 6:30 pm (day); 6:00 pm to 6:30 am (overnight)

Physical Requirements:  This position requires extensive standing and/or walking in a fast pace environment.  Must meet the basic health requirements including 2 step TB skin test or chest x-ray.
