Kitchen Steward (Two Positions Available ASAP)

Our client is seeking two Stewards to join their team and help with the operations of their kitchens. Duties include maintaining kitchen supplies, cleaning the kitchen, and setting up banquet break down stations.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all dish machines.
• Set up banquet break down stations.?
• Clean, sanitize, and store all china, glassware, silver, silverware, pots, and pans.
• Ensure restaurant and banquet kitchens are stocked with proper equipment.?
• Clean all kitchen floors, recycle bins, and oil bins.
• Assist with removing and restocking linen.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Previous stewarding experience preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in a luxury hotel and resort preferred.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
