Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and coach our amazing team of Crew Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops
• Orchestrate the drive-in symphony, assigning tasks to ensure top-notch food service
• Uphold our policies and practices, making sure everyone's following the recipe for success
• Master the art of opening and closing the restaurant
• Keep a watchful eye on staffing, inventory, and food costs, making adjustments as needed
• Tackle weekly inventory counts with gusto
• Assist with administrative tasks, keeping our paperwork as organized as our kitchen
• Champion customer service, inspiring the team to always put our guests first
• Address guest concerns with a smile, turning any frown upside down

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A solid understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations
• At least six months of QSR management experience or one year of retail management
• Excellent communication skills and basic math, reading, and computer abilities
• A knack for problem-solving and multitasking
• Willingness to embrace SONIC's appearance and hygiene standards
• A friendly, smiling face that loves providing top-notch service
• A team player attitude with a drive to exceed goals and objectives
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
• Proven track record in sales building, creative marketing, and expense management
