As a SONIC Drive-In Shift Manager, you are responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience at the SONIC Drive-In.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with hiring, training, supervising, and directing employees
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service every time
• Help team members understand the big picture and the "why" behind tasks
• Celebrate team successes and provide coaching for improved performance
• Set clear expectations and offer continuous feedback throughout shifts
• Create an upbeat, positive atmosphere that makes work fun and engaging
• Manage key areas including food and paper, labor, and guest service
• Maintain and enforce safety and sanitation standards
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
