Cook 1

We are seeking a skilled Cook 1 to join our team in the Restaurant & Food Service industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes for our customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
2. Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
3. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
5. Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Assist with menu planning and development.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Cook or line cook.
2. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to follow recipes and instructions.
7. Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
