Responsibilities

Entry-Level General Laborer Duties

• Dethatching grass
• Raking and hauling debris/materials
• Installing soil and landscape materials
• Assisting crew members with daily landscaping tasks
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas

Skilled Landscaper Duties

• Operating landscape equipment safely and efficiently
• Mowing lawns
• Weed whacking/string trimming
• Blowing and cleanup
• Trimming and hedging shrubs
• Using pole saws
• Pulling weeds and general landscape maintenance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or general labor preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor up to 75lbs.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment is required for skilled positions.
