General Maintenance

Our General Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining the overall condition and upkeep of our condominium community’s buildings, common areas, pool and tennis courts. 

·       Clean and maintain pool areas and furniture.

·       Trash collection twice daily.

·       Replace landscape lighting and exterior lights as needed.

·       Respond to maintenance requests for common areas.

·       Perform general building repairs including painting, carpentry and janitorial.

·       Clean and maintain tools and equipment. Keep maintenance area organized and secure.

·       Follow preventative maintenance schedule for gutter cleaning, walkway cleaning, drainage grates, storm drain cleanouts.
