Landscape Laborers

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Landscape Laborers to assist with a variety of tasks, primarily focused on landscape maintenance at high-end residences in Kihei, Wailea, and Makena.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with residential landscaping and a valid driver's license to get to and from job sites.

Pay

Responsibilities

• Clean up and prepare sites for landscaping projects.
• Install compost, plants, and hardscape elements around the customer's properties.
• Maintain landscapes by mowing, trimming, and utilizing other yard equipment.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
• Proficiency in utilizing yard equipment like mowers and trimmers.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
• Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
