Maintenance Manager

Seeking experienced and motivated, multi-skilled Maintenance Man​ager for Maui operations.

Responsibilities include

• Manage overall maintenance and ground operations for commercial properties in Kihei 
• Conduct regular inspections of maintenance repairs, air conditioning, painting, electrical, plumbing and general carpentry
• Oversee activities of various contractors and consultants for the fulfillment of facility maintenance and tenant improvement build outs
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols 
• Manage the budget for maintenance activities and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Lead and supervise janitorial and maintenance team
