As a Sushi Chef I, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Responsibilities:
1. Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and standards.
2. Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation.

4. Follow food safety standards and guidelines.
5. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
6. Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role.
2. Knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary school diploma or certification is a plus.
