As the Public Area House Person, you will perform cleaning tasks in public areas and other locations as assigned and assist with carpet cleaning and deep clean of units.

Schedule Details:

Our Housekeeping Department operates 7 days per week.  Public Area House Person / Housekeeping Team Members will work shifts that range between 7:30am through 6:00pm


Additional Responsibilities Include:


  • Perform all cleaning tasks in the club house area and all common areas including pools, elevators, picnic areas, etc.
  • Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and inventory of linens and housewares.
  • Stock cleaning closets throughout the property.
  • Ensure the sales snack & beverage area clean and stocked at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, breaking down & cleaning the beverage machines, hot dog machine, popcorn machine, etc.
  • Clean carpets of the sales floor on a weekly basis and assist with carpet cleaning and deep clean of units during lower occupancy periods.
  • Maintain daily log of duties performed during the course of each shift.
  • Assists with supply inventory and all other related duties as assigned by management.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3+ months in housekeeping or related experience

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:


  • Previous experience in the timeshare or hospitality industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficient English written and verbal communication
